Ayurveda (life –knowledge) incorporates ayurvedic medicine, considered to be the oldest form of medicine in the world; it originated in India over 5000 years ago. Owing to increasing lifestyle diseases, the demand for Ayurvedic medicine is increasing. Hence many Ayurvedic colleges and hospitals are mushrooming in India. Nowadays, people are embracing Ayurvedic medicine as it heals the body naturally. Therefore Ayurvedic doctors have a brighter future in the coming years, not only in India but overseas as well.

Depending on the type of institute/quota, (government. or private) fees can range from INR Fifty thousand to two lakhs per year; excluding lodging/boarding expenses.

Ayurvedic Doctor: Ayurvedic Doctors understand disease from an Ayurvedic perspective, while possessing a working knowledge of Western medical pathology, pharmacology, diagnostic reports, and treatments, in order to interface with the Western medical community and modify the Ayurvedic management of cases accordingly.
Therapist: A therapist serves as an authentic, genuine, empathic individual who is unbiased, supportive, and, can provide objective, nonjudgmental guidance, assisting clients with desired changes as well as achieving their maximum self.
Pharmacist:Pharmacists are medication experts and play a critical role in helping people get the best results from their medications. Pharmacists prepare and dispense prescriptions, ensure medicines and doses are correct, prevent harmful drug interactions, and counsel patients on the safe and appropriate use of their medications.
Medical Representative:Medical representatives are the key link between pharmaceutical or medical equipment companies and healthcare professionals. They are responsible for building a network with healthcare professionals to promote product awareness, answer queries regarding usage of products, provide advice and help introduce new products.
Scientist:A scientist is a person who conducts scientific research to advance knowledge in an area of interest.
