Some people do face gastric problem when they eat raw vegetables. so they can take half cooked vegetables. In short, raw vegetables are necessary for our health. When you get attracted or tempted with deep fried food or sweet, change the attitude. As these foods are unhealthy. You can take carrot halwa or bottle gourd halwa instead of Gulab Jambu, take baked food instead of deep fried food. Almost all the children are tempted towards the packet food. It is unhealthy. Take poha, dhokla, Dalia, khakhara, mamra etc.

When you fall ill you go to doctor but what if you don’t want to get ill? Take healthy, nutritious and low-calorie food.

Steps:-
  • Sit in Padmasan
  • Keep your head and spine straight.
  • Close your ears with the thumb and keep the other 4 fingers on the eyes.
  • Or you can even close the flap of the ears and keep the other fingers straight.
  • Produce the sound like a black bee mmmmmm.
  • Breathe in deeply and repeat the process 3-5 times.

  • Eliminates any problem related to the brain.
  • Relieves the stress and cerebral tension, anger, sleeping problem, reduces blood pressure.
  • Strengthens and improves voice and eliminates throat problem.

When you are angry:

  • When you get angry on me I feel angry
  • He does this so I feel angry.
When you are unable to get anywhere on time or unable to do work.
  • Mother because of you I was late..
  • I don’t have time so I am unable to do so..
  • I have to go outside so..
  • Guest had arrived at my place so..
  • I was ill so..

These all are excuses.

But reality is different. You give excuse because:

  • Because of laziness
  • Because of getting up late
  • Because of gossip.
  • Because of watching TV
 

Good thought: - Leave the habit of excuses and you will succeed. Excuse can save you from others just for 1 day or 2 but not more than that.
